Why do we continue to take "baby steps" on gun safety to protect those who take baby steps every day? And to protect all the others whose lives will be snuffed by guns?
Is it cynical to say Congress can be bought by the National Rifle Association, which rates their voting? Or is it realistic to acknowledge Congress votes more for special interests than for the interests of those who elected them? That's when Congress can agree to vote at all.
