I watched the "60 Minutes" presentation April 7 of an interview with the parents of the children murdered in Newtown, Conn. Considering the terrible tragedy they endured, I was impressed they were able to express their pain in a composed, compassionate manner and offer "common sense" suggestions for "arms legislation."
I think the United States would have been well-served had this segment of "60 Minutes" been "compulsory viewing" for the entire Congress.
