Your May 6 editorial, "Let them vote, Mr. Skelos," is a blatant continuation of your paper's strong pro-abortion position. Women die and are injured from legal abortions. The murder trial of a Philadelphia doctor accused of killing babies and a patient during late-term abortions should be an eye-opener for all.
This isn't making people better people. It is desensitizing them to our cruelty and denying the babies' humanity, making people more callous and, in some cases, richer.
More than 50 million reported abortions since the 1970s isn't enough? Shame on you.
