Supposedly, the young and healthy feel that it is wrong for the government to force them to buy health insurance. Insurance is based on the idea that all buy it and those who need it use it. Without everyone participating, it will not work.
If the young and healthy do not wish to buy into this deal, then let them stay out. But if and when they need health care, they must have the cash to pay for it prior to getting the service. If they cannot afford to pay for this service, they must be denied any and all such services. Charity is not part of the health care system. Pay for services is the bottom line.
