I see where President Obama has signed another executive order to make America a safer place. God help this nation if we believe another one of his deceptions.
Banning almost all re-imports of military surplus firearms to private entities will not make us a safer nation. I taught the Junior Civilian Marksmanship Program for almost six years. The CMP has been around for more than 100 years and is used in gun clubs to teach firearm safety and marksmanship. Both are good things and done with the same type of guns this executive order would ban.
The firearms he is talking about are mostly from World War II and Korea. His order will not make this nation safer. There have been no homicides reported using M1 Garands from World War II.
This order will make him look good in banning more guns, and it will give him more power to do more of the same, if this is not dealt with. Neither of which are any good for our nation.
When will politicians stop making honest gun owners criminals and deal with the criminals? Criminals do not follow the laws already. Passing more laws that they will not obey is pure foolishness.
