Letter: Why not cut foreign spending?

One item not mentioned in discussions to avoid the fiscal cliff is foreign spending.

I hear "raise the debt limit," "raise taxes," "cut Social Security" and "cut Medicare." But I do not hear anything about cutting our aid to foreign countries.

We have troops all over the world. Why? We are trillions of dollars in debt. We need to take care of our own.
