Letter: Congress unable to fix fiasco

This fiscal cliff argument at times seemed pointless. We have facts, regardless of how one chooses to interpret them, of how the national economy, economic growth and citizens did better before the Bush-era tax cuts. Children, in their most naive way, would simply say, "They're not sharing."

This also reminds me of the ridiculous way we do credit approvals. Those most able to pay are asked to pay the least while those who may have financial difficulty pay the most.

My last thought is we should let the reset happen enabling the new Congress to fix the issues. Clearly, those who helped to create this fiasco in both the Senate and House are not capable at this time.
