As a new driver about to get my license, I am writing to you because I am concerned with the way people drive.
They run stop signs and red lights, text , talk on cellphones and go twice the speed limit.
New measures are needed to improve driver safety, because people are taking too many unnecessary risks. If they take the time to drive more safely, then the road would be a much better place for everyone.
